What counts as one "event"?
One celebration — a wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate function, whatever you're hosting. Within each event there's no limit on guests, wishes, or photos.
What's the difference between the packs and the monthly plans?
The packs (Personal, Starter, Vendor) are pay-once credits — perfect if you run events occasionally. The monthly plans (Pro, Unlimited) are subscriptions for planners and venues running events regularly.
Do my event credits expire?
Personal (1 event) never expires. The Starter (3) and Vendor (8) packs are valid for 6 months from purchase. Pro and Unlimited are monthly subscriptions.
Do unused monthly events roll over?
No — like any subscription, the Pro plan's 30 events reset at the start of each month. If your schedule is irregular, a one-time credit pack is the better fit so nothing goes to waste.
Do our guests need to download an app?
Never. Guests simply scan the QR code at their table and a beautifully crafted form opens right in their browser.
